I had a traditional breakfast with delicious cappuccino included and barista made coffee, for instance. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for traveling around Florence, adjacent to the train station and the staff at reception, and the river. I ate in the authentic restaurant nearby.

The room was well heated and well renovated and also had a tub. The breakfast was traditional continental and reasonable, with delicious cappuccino included and the staff was attentive! The hotel had a magnificent and unbeatable location next to a distinguished monument.
Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

The breakfast was traditional continental, the staff was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL, the grounds were fairly clean. The location was strategic: shopping malls and a market were within walking distance. A train station was near our hotel.
There were uncomfortable beds in our room.

we only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was perfect. the continental breakfast was sensational with delicious cappuccino included and served in the restaurant. the location was ideal and exceptionally nice, close to the station with easy access to shopping malls and a market.

I love how close this hotel is to all the major sites in the city. The famous Duomo is just a short walk away, and you can easily explore the historic city center on foot. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around.
The street noise could be quite loud in the morning, especially if you had the window open. This made it difficult to sleep in or relax in the room.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its central location. It is just a short walk from the train station and within easy walking distance to all the attractions in Florence. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding, with a nice ambience and friendly staff.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!
